We work hard to oversee all details of cost for the remodel or repair to keep all cost to the original estimate. |
Will the finished remodel or repair have the same quality of materials that was discussed at the consultation? |
Yes we are always honest and above board with all details and what materials are available will be discussed before we start your work. |
| Are you able to do special custom repairs or renovations for seniors? |
Yes we have done many custom remodels and repairs for seniors and have used the Universal Design method to create a safe and comfortable environment for them. We have also installed many of the walk in bath tubs. |
| Are you able to do custom remodeling or repairs for the disabled? |
Yes we have done many remodeling and or repair jobs for the disabled; in fact we are an approved contractor on the Veterans Administrations' list. We have also installed many of the walk in bath tubs. |
| Do you give a Warranty on your workmanship and materials? |
Yes, we provide a 1 year warranty on all materials and labor. We do this because of our business ethics and because we are a licensed professional. |
